South African Milk Tart


  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 3 tins cows milk
  • 1 egg
  • 8 heaped teaspoons maizerial cornflour
  • 4 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 packet of movie or tennis biscuits
  • melted butter for biscuit base cinnamon


Pour condensed milk and 2 tins of cows milk into heavy bottom sauce pan, and mix together on stovePut remaining together in mixing bowl and beat with egg beater until smooth

Pour in condensed milk with mixture and stir until it starts to thicken. Allow to set in fridge, then sprinkle with cinnamon.
