Shepherds Pie


  • Mince meat
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 2 tspns stock
  • 2 tspns mixed herbs
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 cup frozen peas


  • Put oil in pot
  • Brown chopped onions and meat
  • Add water with stock and herbs
  • Add chopped carrot and peas
  • Simmer for 3/4 hour, and while simmering, boil potatoes until soft.
  • Then drain water and add butter and milk.
  • Mash, then put on top of cooked mince.
  • Put grated cheese on top.
