Method:
- Heat 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup honey
- Add:
- 4 cups Rolled Oats
- 2 cups cornflakes
- 1 cup Bran
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup linseed
- 1/2 cup skim milk powder
Heat for 6-8 mins in microwave, stirring every 2 minutes til golden brown.
Stir in 1/2 cup raisins or sultanas & 1/4 cup wheat germ after standing to cool for a few minutes
