Grandma’s Muesli

Method:

  • Heat 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup honey
  • Add:
    • 4 cups Rolled Oats
    • 2 cups cornflakes
    • 1 cup Bran
    • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
    • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
    • 1/2 cup coconut
    • 1/2 cup linseed
    • 1/2 cup skim milk powder

Heat for 6-­8 mins in microwave, stirring every 2 minutes til golden brown.

Stir in 1/2 cup raisins or sultanas & 1/4 cup wheat germ after standing to cool for a few minutes
