Grandma’s Marshmallows



  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tbsp glucose in 3/4 boiling water

In another bowl, dissolve:

  • 1 heaped tbsp gelatine
  • 3/4 cup boiling water

When cool mix both lots together, and beat until thick. Add a little vanilla ­- and colouring if liked – pour into dish moistened with cold water.
