Amazing Anzac Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 3⁄4 cup brown sugar
  • 125g butter
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup (Kirst used Molasses)
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  • Mix dry ingredients
  • Mix butter syrup + water in saucepan.
  • Add bicarb and let foam.
  • Add dry ingredients. Mix.
  • Bake at 180C for 10 minutes.
